  It is almost impossible to get through to the front office by phone or get calls back, and the doctors or insurance specialists do not promptly submit or complete prior authorizations through my insurance. Very frustrated with the service at this office, thinking of going back to my PCP for treatment and management of my prescriptions.

  The medical staff at this location is wonderful, however the front desk is not very helpful. No matter what time I call, they never answer the phone. Appointments can’t be made through the mychart portal so you have to go through them to book an appointment and they just never answer. I’ve been late getting prescriptions filled because I can’t get the front desk to answer the phone. I’ve been in the office during their busiest times and they have ample opportunity to answer the phone. It is unacceptable.

  The doctors & nurses have been pleasant but my experience with the front desk is always rude. They act as if they are upset bc they choose to work at the front desk. They are very lazy don’t want to do their job get attitudes when you ask certain questions. Please get better staff and someone who wants to do their job. We pay money and have good insurance that cover our services. Treat us with respect and dignity. I hate to come to a visit bc of the front desk staff I rather find another organization
