  After all those years of drifting through invisible hazards—Agent Orange, stray radiation, the lingering breath of chemicals—you come to understand that vigilance is no longer a discipline imposed from outside, but a private, almost tender ritual of survival. I saw Dr. Lauren Matthews, who approached my eighty-year-old body with a kind of attentive grace, as if reading a long and complicated novel she meant to honor rather than judge. She was thorough, unhurried, and quietly reassuring. The verdict: all is well. Even the memory of that melanoma excised from my head in May 2025 now feels less like a threat and more like a chapter properly closed. I left feeling not triumphant, exactly, but steadied—grateful for the body that has carried me this far, and for the careful eyes that help keep it going. I would recommend Dr. Matthews without hesitation.

  Customer service is extremely important to me, as it often determines whether I decided to move forward with booking a service. I visited the website but was unable to find information regarding the consultation fee; and appointments appear to only be available Mondays and wednesday’s. I attempted to call the office multiple times to get clarification but was unable to reach anyone. Because of this, I would prefer to persuade services with an office that places a stronger emphasis on accessibility and communication wi the potential clients
