  I am profoundly disappointed with my experience during my visit today, particularly given this organization's nearly five-star rating. This raises concerns about whether negative reviews are being suppressed. To provide some context, I have visited this establishment before without any issues and have always been willing to pay for the services rendered. Today, however, I drove over 40 minutes to receive care. Upon my arrival, I was informed of a $50 copay, which I found to be completely reasonable. Unfortunately, when I attempted to access my physical card, my banking app malfunctioned. I explored every possible solution, including inquiring with the receptionist about any online payment options, as I also possess a digital card. Regrettably, she curtly informed me that there were no alternatives available to facilitate the payment. The lack of willingness to assist me over a mere $50 is astonishing, especially considering that I am experiencing constant, at times severe, pain. It was evident that the organization prioritized its business interests above the needs of the patient during this encounter. I would rather endure significant discomfort than return to this establishment in the future.

  My experience with this office has been very negative. Between rude staff and poor quality of care. I would highly recommend that you do not visit the medical center. It was so horrifying that I was forced to call the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police department to come out. They had to force the medical staff to preform there required task and to get basic medical documents.

  Dr. Slovak and his staff are such a wonderful group of caring professionals. I'm always treated with kindness and respect at each visit. I greatly appreciate everything they do.

  Have problems with toes on right foot. Was treated with respect, professionally, and in a timely manner. Treatment is working very well so far. Have been with Dr. Slovak on and off for about 5 years now.

  Dr. Slovak is simply the best! Great personality, down to earth, and exceptionally skilled surgeon. Highly recommend!
