  After major back surgery, my neurosurgeon recommended Pilates. I went to BK Pilates South Park, and had a private session with Catherine (Cathy) . The session was wonderful. I can see why my doctor recommended it. Cathy focused on safety while educating and gently challenging my abilities. I will definitely be back.

  Such an amazing studio! Have been going for years and can say they have great instructors, gave me modifications when I was pregnant, and it is contemporary Pilates that works.

  I have been coming to BK for about a year now and have never been so consistent with a workout routine. The instructors challenge me but also pay close attention to form and breath, which is so critical to prevent injury and get maximum benefit from the movement. I feel so welcomed by the instructors who all know me by name, even when I switch up my routine - thank you Meredith, Abby, Faith, Micayla, Ella and the whole BK team for creating such a positive movement environment 🩷

  Great space with absolutely 5 star instructors. Everyone is so skilled and talented. They are always great at adapting to meet all levels. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  Best Pilates studio in Charlotte! The instructors are highly experienced and the classes are challenging, but you’re getting the best cues to make sure you’re doing it correctly. Creative, fun and an amazing workout!
