I had asked for an assessment of my current status and my hearing aids. Dr. Putira was clear in her communication and very thorough in her examination. Highly recommended for anyone interested in evaluating their hearing status.
- PPPauline PhilipFeb 10, 20225.0I went to Audiology of Charlotte because my hearing aids had stopped working. I did not go to the place I had originally purchased them from as I was unhappy with the service I had received. She cleaned my hearing aids and I returned the next day for an appt, to check my hearing. After an hour of testing it was determined that my aids were fine, a complete cleaning was given and I was shown how to clean myaids. At the end of all of this Iwas told that there was no charge. I feel a lot more knowledgeable and confident.Ican assure you that Iwill never go anywhere else, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LaurenPutira
