- JGJane GrayMar 27, 20261.0Ivan with Archwell Health had been calling me multiple times bragging up the clinic he works for and to set up a wecome appointment for me to visit this senior citizen primary care clinic in Charlotte, NC. Finally I was free and we scheduled a pickup for the following morning. Guess what-they completely ditched me! And hour after my pickup time i called him and he reported he would call me back because he didn't know what happened. Well... now the week is ending and still no word from Ivan! That clinic is no better, in my opinion, than any of the other senior citizens' PCP Clinics in this area! They somehow must make money of Medicare, but leave their patients hanging without any help!
