  Went to get an IV of fluids to help push out a kidney stone, the doctor did not give me fluids despite the receptionist confirming that he agreed he would prior to me scheduling the appointment. Doctor stated he thought it was a muscle strain. I have had 2 kidney stones prior to this, I ended up having to go to the ER an hour after this appointment for a kidney stone. It was not a muscle strain at all just like I said. Super frustrated and disappointed I just wanted fluids and I was sent away with pain medicine. I was hoping to avoid the ER with the trip to AFC so I could save money, but this doctor not listening to me despite knowing I've had stones before didn't do anything. Cost me an additional $13K from the ER visit to get a fluid IV to push it out. The cherry on top was receiving a second bill from AFC for the "great" care I received.

  My provider listened to what I said and trusted my judgement of what I know about my own body. As a HCP myself this was refreshing to experience from this end. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this location!

  That was the best visit I have ever had!!! From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the Dr! It was the fastest and the facility was very clean! And then the receptionist gave us a little treat when leaving, that was beautiful and I loved every moment! Despite me feeling bad, they ALL made me feel great! Down to the medicines and tips!!!

  My whole experience was great! Made an appointment, had to reschedule for a little later than the first appointment. Had no problem doing so. The young lady at the front desk was amazing. Very professional and caring. Nurse and doctor were awesome as well. Definitely would recommend. They even sent my referral to the doctor I need to go to immediately and called me the following day to check on me and make sure I was able to take care of everything I need. Amazing urgent care! Thank you all for everything!

  I had to pivot from my typical urgent care because my insurance changed. Given the experience I had at this urgent care, I wish my insurance would’ve changed sooner. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The check in process was painless and quick. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful, and the doctor even told me I could call back if I needed an updated work note. 11/10, will for sure return if needed. TLDR: I’d go to this urgent care even if I had to pay 100% out of pocket.
