    The first Urgent car I went to in Indianland was horrible and mis diagnosed me. The next day I went to AFC and these Dr's and their team got in right and listened to me. They helped me thru a critical week so I would still be able to take my vacation. Thank you AFC team.

    Very very friendly staff! Went for a DOT physical. Got in fast and out fast. The office was very clean. They also printed both the full and card size certificate while I was there♡

    Update Larry, I’m following up regarding your public response to my review. You provided your direct line and stated you wanted to address my experience personally. I called and left a voicemail a week ago and never received a return call. At this point, it’s hard not to view your response as performative rather than a genuine effort to resolve the situation. I came into your urgent care in significant pain and was refused care without evaluation, and your follow-up has reflected the same lack of urgency and accountability. I won’t be pursuing this further, but I felt it was important to point out the disconnect between what was publicly stated and what was actually done. I stand by my previous comment - Do not use this urgent care if you need a Dr. And dont bother voicing problems as they will not get resolved. I went to this location in pain. NOT A SOUL in the waiting room. I was there to get an anti inflammatory that my chiropractor told me to go to urgent care to get. They wouldnt even see me. Even tho I had my x ray and my Chripractors information. I highly recommend anyone who needs to see a dr go elsewhere. I will never use this urgent care in Ballentyne. The staff was very dismissive, unprofessional and lazy.

    I saw the worst doctor that this office has today she has white hair. I don’t even know her name because her bedside manners are the worst!! She slammed the door and did absolutely nothing for me. I have a really bad cough in this awful doctor only cared about my insurance not paying them do not go to this place. Physicians like her should not even be allowed to practice!!
