- JSJoseph StockwellJan 11, 20255.0I like the points system for gas discounts at BP stations. We use the pharmacy and they have great selection. My wife likes the 5% discount for seniors on Thursdays.
- PAParker AdamsSep 17, 20231.0Took them over a week to only give me 1/4 of my items despite the 3 they didn't get to me were simply needles and syringes. I never got an email, call, or anything to suggest that my prescriptions were ready and instead had to go in person or call. When I called I was on hold for 1 hour before hanging up and calling again, to which they picked up on the first ring. Wonderful customer service to tell someone to remain on hold after 15 minutes then forget about them for another 45 minutes. Finally managed to get all my things, but I will not be going to them again.
- NRN ROct 15, 20211.0They literally NEVER pick up their phone. I've been having to drive there for weeks now just to ask a question. It's CRAZY because when I go in there, I don't see their phone ringing and there is at least one person just standing around. So being short staffed or busy is not going to cut it as an excuse to never picking up the phone! People are literally in pain needing help and they force them to drive to the store just to be able to reach someone regarding their medications. And the customer service is no help. They will tell you they will try and reach them for you, but will leave you on hold for 10+ minutes until you give up waiting! Ive had it with this place and will be switching pharmacy!
