    I find it hard to believe that I experienced Pure Barre Chapel Hill/Durham for the first time in 2014. I took one class and never looked back. Since then, Pure Barre has expanded from one format to four formats, plus many varying specialty classes in between. I cannot think of a better type of fitness that targets large and small muscle groups, strengthens joints, builds all-around core, and travels beautifully with you into your later years. Pure Barre truly is the secret sauce for the best physical and mental health, and I am grateful for this family of clients and employees I can call my own!

    I have been going to pure barre for about 2-3 months so far, and it has become part of my routine about 4 times a week. All of the instructors are extremely welcoming and prioritize safety. I love the different formats as they each target different workout goals from weight training to balance/mobility. I would recommend pure barre to anyone who is contemplating trying!

    I have found that the upper management of this company is dishonest. They tied me into a contract I had no idea was even there. Do not accept a free trial …it will not be free. And if you are hurt and can’t go they will not accept a letter frim your doctor. IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY !

    As someone who never was able to maintain a consistent workout routine, pure barre changed my life. I started two months ago and quickly fell in love. Their workouts are low impact and hit and tone the whole body, in an inclusive and supporting environment. Pure barre offers flexible class times and class formats, for all ages and fitness levels. I’m so grateful to be apart of the community and the teachers are amazing (Kerry and Sophia🫶🫶). I leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!!
