  The customer service/support was excellent. Had some really good caregivers, some not so great, but they were really good about discretely resolving issues when certain caregivers weren't a good fit.

  For the last three months, I have had several aids from HOME INSTEADwatch my wife for several hours while I either went shopping or played golf with friends. The care given by the aids taking care of my wife was exceptional. They showed true compassion and made the effort to keep her busy By doing puzzles, taking walks, or drawing with color in a coloring books. Chantel, One of the aids she saw most often was truly exceptional. She would bring in her own materials to work with my wife during the day to keep her mind occupied. When Chantelle heard that I was moving my wife into a full-time memory care facility right in my area she was saddened, but asked if she could visit her to help the transition. That truly means a lot to me. I highly recommend HOME INSTEAD to anyone that needs help with a loved one who has dementia or in my wife’s case, Alzheimer’s. John.

  My family recently used Home Instead for a couple of months to help my mother after she came out of the hospital. She was in need of around the clock care because she was very weak and not able to stand or move around well on her own. Home instead was wonderful. We had great interactions with many of the staff who cared for my mom as if she was their mother. Unfortunately my mom recently passed away, but the time that Home Instead spent with her to make sure she wasn't alone is priceless and I could never ask for anything more. Thanks for everything.

  Home Instead has warm, gracious, kind and very helpful people. My dad has needed a lot of TLC and Home Instead caregivers have gone the extra mile to help him. Home Instead has made excellent suggestions for extra things that I can do for my dad, and they have proactively offered services and ideas that I had not thought of that have improved my dad's daily life. Home Instead caregivers are reliable and caring, and when you need a favor or extra support, they are there for you. I am very blessed to have their help for my dad and for me.

  Home Instead home care professionals are warm and caring, on time, responsible, well trained and management is easy and responsive to work with. We had 3 agencies before we found Home Instead and believe me, they are rare!
