- LKLori KleinNov 21, 20255.0I had the pleasure of taking a class today at your studio. Nicholas was a gracious host and helped me with bike settings. My experience was really positive. The team did all the right things making me feel welcome. I was greeted at the front, offered a tour, greeted by the instructor, Audrey, provided shoes and a cheery welcome sign on my bike...very hospitable! The ride itself was good. It was a Strength ride with 4 arms songs. Challenging, but doable. After class, Audrey asked me how it was, and walked out to the lobby with me. She and the CBX (I didn't catch her name) checked on me and made sure I had my "First ride photo." All very engaging. The studio was immaculately clean, smelled great, and had a beautiful selection of retail options. Parking was easy, and the shopping center is really attractive. Oh, and based on the cool stats I received after class, I came in third place overall. Woot! Thank you, CycleBar Chapel Hill!
