She took the time to listen and do the things that had to be done. She was very clear about my options and what I needed to do for the next four weeks or more. I also want to point out that the entire staff was very kind and attentive to my needs.

She was rude to my mother last week stating “don’t you know we don’t take this insurance?” Of course we didn’t know or else I’m sure we wouldn’t have been referred here. A few days later we receive a call stating there was confusion and they in fact do take our insurance. Now who doesn’t know? Melanie and Dr. Anderson’s kindness and hospitality made up for it. They were so kind and welcoming and made up for the rude, eye rolling, smart mouthed, miserable woman at the front checking in patients.
