Went to this practice between February and May this year. The provider I saw was great-but she relocated so am no longer seeing her. Billing has been different story. I was billed 4 different ways, twice to a provider I didn't see. Was told my provider was in-network and billed out-of-network. All my inquiries I was told I would need to talk to 'Melissa' from billing.
I called the billing line daily for two weeks, sat on long holds or left voicemails without speaking to anyone. After finally leaving a more stern voicemail outlining how dissatisfied I was with the service a colleague of Melissa-who was not actually in the billing department-returned my call and answered my simple questions.
Now I'm finding out that claims submitted-4/5 months after receiving services-were not accurate. Bills I receive in the mail do not match what I see on my insurance providers website. Currently on hold for 50 minutes to yet again discuss billing and sort all this out maybe I'll finally get to talk to this ethereal 'Melissa' character...For a practice that provides mental health services you'd think this process would be more friction-less.

5 stars to Dr. Rogers, however she left CPCH.
Dr. Hairston took over my son's treatment and dropped him like a hot potato when things got rough. He is 15 and suffers from depression and anxiety. Instead of working with him during his rough times, she recommended a residential facility. He was doing good with Dr. Rogers and positively reaching out to his therapist. Sadly, Dr. Hairston is not here to engage and help our high-risk teens. She will quickly shuffle them off to other "facilities."
