  I'm very thankful for my visit with CH Dermatology. I had a couple spots I have been worried about, so I was anxious about getting checked out. All the staff is super kind, and Traci was an absolute gem. She made me feel very comfortable, was attentive to my concerns, and gave me peace of mind. She made quick and efficient, painless work of taking a couple biopsies. Finally, she left me with a game plan for routine checkups. I look forward to getting results back, but I honestly feel better already just from my first visit and her experience and expertise.

  Dr. Casale and Jody made#x27;j 5 hrs of Mohs surgery so much more tolerable with their focus on my needs from beginning to end. Dr. Casale was thorough and skilled, remaining steady, calm and reassuring during the process involving excision of squamous cells from by nose. After care was excellent. He stayed in touch with me mindful of pain management and answering any questions I had throughout. Office staff were considerate and professional. DW Chapel Hill

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Fradin since 1998 and have great respect for his thoroughness and medical knowledge. I feel very confident that he will find any skin abnormalities and do a biopsy at once, as needed. Also, the office staff are very helpful and the nurses are very professional. I recommend Dr Fradin and Chapel Hill Dermatology without hesitation.

  Would not recommend this dermatologist. They cancelled two appointments in a row last year with no apology. Tried to give a new dermatologist there one more chance and she couldn’t even call me after my results to advise in my chart I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma and treatment would be needed. I had to call their phone line after 2 weeks, which they advised me they would call if there was a finding within 2 weeks and didn’t. The results were in my chart within 3 days of the pathology results. The phone line said they would get back to me in 24 hours, in which it took them more than 72 hours to even return the call back to me. After all this, The PA couldn’t even take the time to make the call herself, but advised a receptionist to make the call. If you are serious about your skin health, or have a previous history with any type of skin issues, I encourage you to not waste your time and book another dermatologist in the area.

  Front desk was friendly and quick. Waiting room is very clean and modern. Both nurses were pleasant. Dr. Fradin remains The Best! He's so personable, explains issues/treatment very thoroughly, is gentle and concerned. I happened into his care 19? years ago and feel so fortunate to have found him!
