  This office cannot keep its appointments on time. Tried to see Dr. Gupta twice, and at each appointment they said the wait would be an hour even though I have a scheduled appointment. A total waste of my time. I will take my business somewhere else.

  Avoid at HIGH cost. The Dr. had terrible bedside manner and was rude and dismissive. The appointment is so quick you can barely ask any questions and they rush you out. They made me come for like 4 appointments for the exact same thing and then the doctor was out of the office for 3 months. I eventually had to see their backup doctor who told me quite literally nothing. In total it cost me over 500$ of co pays for a different doctor in the end to tell me he doesn’t know what to do and avoid corn. I went to a different ENT and he diagnosed the problem in ONE visit. Was nice enough not to bill me for an endoscopy and we now have a surgery date setup. This place will bill your insurance for so much money and make you do appointments that aren’t necessary to bill you some more. They forced me to get allergy tests I told them I already had done a month prior so they can make money off of that as well. They have their own allergy department and told me the doctor couldn’t help me unless I paid to have it done again. Complete scam. There are plenty of great ENTs out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

  Dr Gupta is very knowledgeable and a very personable professional,Id refer him to anyone in need of an ENT and I was lucky to have found his office,His staff is very nice and professional as well.

  The doctors got sick or something which I understand but it was not handled professionally and I had to redo all the care I had received somewhere else because they did not provide me with another provider nor follow up with what I needed done then they billed me for the services that were a useless watse of my time 6 months late. When I called to explain how that didn’t seem reasonable the lady I spoke with in billing was unhelpful and told me she would discuss with a supervisor and call me back which she did not. I ended up paying the bill in full so as to not affect my credit but it seemed unreasonable and the lack of professional and prompt communication made it that much more painful. I’m not mad about the doctor needing to step away but the way it was handled.

  My wife came here to have a tonsillectomy and this staff has been overly supportive and helpful! Any questions I have about have they are easy to contact day or night. And they have given me so many tips to keep my wife comfortable, I could not have done this without you guys. And thank you Jennifer!
