- JBJane Bass5 days ago5.0I was concerned that I might have an eye infection because my eye was very red and painful. My usual Triangle Vision practice in Apex had no openings, neither did the one on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary where I was told there was an opening at the practice on Maynard Road. When I arrived there I was told I was not on the appointment schedule BUT they would work me in if I had time to wait. About 30 minutes later I saw Dr. David MacDonald who confirmed my concerns about my eye. He prescribed an antibiotic and spent some time getting to know me. He said that they try very hard to accomodate walk-in patients. I was very grateful for their concern and am thinking that I may go to that location frome now on for my eye care.
- LMLisa ManginiApr 1, 20261.0Was a patient of Dr Canting for over a decade who was amazing- he retired & Dr Doc took over who was very good but now they are onto another Dr & their process for scheduling or contacting the office has become ridiculous - they use a call center -have no individual email system like before so I will be leaving the practice- sad when automation starts taking over personalized care- 4-6-26 Updated**- what a generic AI reply to my issue- just confirms why I am leaving

When I went to pick them up they sent only the lenses without my frames even though I paid for frames with lenses. It is now March 18th and I still have not received a call that they are in. The eye examination was fine but the service around the glasses make me wonder what is going on.
