  My experience was very good. I was pretty nervous and Dr. Tomy was wonderful! He fixed my problem without any pain.

  I brought my ballet dancer here for a corn on the side of her toe causing pain. We saw Dr. Nolan who shaved the corn and immediately diagnosed her with bone spurs and said he could easily remove them to stop further pain. He said it would be quick recovery of 10 days and we stupidly believed him. We scheduled the surgery during a break. During the post surgery visit, he changed his story about the recovery time and kept changing the date. Not only did this severely impact auditions, if he had been upfront, we wouldn't have gotten the surgery when we did. Additionally, the surgery didn't work. The toe has been in pain and when we contacted them about ii and went in for them to look at it they said it was normal. Months later, her toe still hurts when dancing on pointe and is permanently bigger swollen looking than before the surgery. They also massively overcharged me for post surgery items half of which we didn't need and other items we could have bought on our own. One item I later saw runs for $15 that they charged $50. Beware, ask for pricing and search if it's available somewhere else for less. Example, we didn't need to pay for an overpriced ice pack or a leg wrap for the shower, basically a $50 plastic bag.

  Warning: Major Billing Error and Poor Communication Regarding 2025 Insurance Rating: ⭐/5 I am posting this here in hopes of finally getting a response, as my calls are being ignored or disconnected. The Issue: I visited Dr. Kelly Joe on Nov 18, 2025, for custom foot inserts. At that time, the office explicitly confirmed they would bill my 2025 insurance, which provided excellent coverage, leaving me with only a 10% copay. The Negligence: Despite the service occurring in 2025, the office waited until 2026 to file the claim. Because they delayed the filing into a new plan year, I am now being billed $570.82 instead of the promised 10% copay. Failed Resolution: I have contacted Mrs. Susan multiple times. Each time involves long wait periods and transfers. She claims she emailed her supervisor, but as of March 18, 2026, there has been zero resolution. Meanwhile, I continue to receive bills for an error made by the office staff. Today, I spent one hour on the phone with the office, only for the line to be disconnected automatically. Bottom Line: The office's failure to file a timely claim in the correct calendar year (2025) has resulted in a significant financial discrepancy. I am requesting that management contact me immediately to adjust this bill to the 10% copay I was quoted at the time of service.

  Dr. Tommy was excellent even thought his equipment was not working meaning X-ray machine he knew right away what was going on with my feet by just looking at the alignment. Gave me a shot and a boot feeling much better. Because I felt like I left my heel behind me when I walked very painful sometimes in tears.
