I took my daughter to get her eyes checked. The doctor took his time examining her and did a great job. Also Ari was phenomenal. Unfortunately the front desk staff was not courteous. I had several questions and the employee responded with a bad attitude. As a responsable parent and a paying customer, I have every right to ask questions to ensure the procedures are safe for my highly allergic child. I hope management addresses this, as patients safety and respectful communication should always be a priority.

The doctor Salopek was great. Very professional and nice. Excellent service. What was not good it was the fact that the print out of the prescription and receipt was printed ineligible due to lack of toner of the printer. The receptionist said they could not fix it. I wonder, could you have a better support of office supplies?

The doctors and receptionist gave me a report that was not mine and I was scared to hear I had severe eye issue. They then called me again and told it was incorrect report and my scan had no issues. They then called again and in the end provided some more feedback on the eye exam. Receptionist gave a report which had incorrect details I had to go back and get it corrected.

I thought be force to take oculus scan should a choice , but here its require . I also think tge partnership with LensCrafters is crazy expensive just for glasses. The woman that check us out was just a body working for check. The copy machine wasnt working gave terrible prescription copies. Staff at front desk need more people skills and training. The want us to comeback in 6 months thats a no . Thank you for very not needed experience!

I called and set up an eye appointment and confirmed my vision insurance and confirmed the copay amount. Once I arrived, I was asked if I was diabetic and told they would have to charge medical insurance in addition to refraction and it would be a hundred dollar upcharge compared to the quote or for a ‘normal person.’ I am supposed to get a free eye exam with eye insurance each year with my vision insurance and have used that for the past 5 years without issue. I have controlled Type I diabetes with a low A1C and am extremely frustrated at being charged more for the same service or being forced to buy an additional service if they deem it necessary. A new prescription is required to buy glasses at the LensCrafters associated with this in the same building. I am very upset and frustrated. Do not come here if you want to use your vision insurance and have an associated medical condition, especially at year-end when your options will become constricted.
