StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Cary offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- BHBarbara HemphillOct 16, 20255.0I am 78 years old, and I schedule a session at one of the Stretch Lab locations every week -- it's the best experience I've ever had for helping me with my physical body! Not only does it exercise my muscles, but it also relaxes my brain (as someone with ADHD, that is awesome!). All of the stretchologists have been wonderful -- and I love to work with different ones because they each have their own style. Whether you have a specific area of your body that needs help because of surgery or an injury, or just want to be more flexible, Stretch Lab is the answer!

Before StretchLab, I had constant lower back, hip, and neck pain and was taking Advil almost daily. I go once a week and it’s become part of my routine—just like going to the gym. The consistency has made all the difference! I can now play three sports and stand for hours at a concert without pain. Romello and the team at StretchLab have truly been a game changer, keeping me active with my adult children and doing what I love. Thank you!
