It was disappointing to have an interaction that left me feeling unwelcome, especially before I even had the chance to explain the reason for my visit. On a positive note, Parker was wonderful. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout my visit. I truly appreciated her assistance. However, the comment made by the manager overshadowed what could have been a pleasant experience.
