The new glasses are actually far worse. Everything on my computer is blurry. Driving vision, without distortion, is probably close to 50 feet. Their reaction... "That's the best we can do." My prescription is neither extreme nor unusual. These people just don't care. I wasn't spending $1,200 on my glasses so I didn't matter. I would never recommend them to anyone. They only prioritize generating profits, disregarding the patient's needs.

I called back a week later and told it was delayed till the next week. I called back next week days later and was told it was delayed 3 more days. Then I called 3 days later and informed it was only just shipped. Then it arrived the next day but I wasn't informed till after the store had closed. A very frustrating ordeal overall.

Once I arrived, I was asked if I was diabetic and told they would have to charge medical insurance in addition to refraction and it would be a hundred dollar upcharge compared to the quote or for a ‘normal person.’ I am supposed to get a free eye exam with eye insurance each year with my vision insurance and have used that for the past 5 years without issue. I have controlled Type I diabetes with a low A1C and am extremely frustrated at being charged more for the same service or being forced to buy an additional service if they deem it necessary. A new prescription is required to buy glasses. I am very upset and frustrated. Do not come here if you want to use your vision insurance and have an associated medical condition, especially at year-end when your options will become constricted.
