Brenden at LensCrafters was fantastic. Helped me choose the right transition lenses and progressives, was very patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the thoroughness and knowledge shown throughout the process. Highly recommend.

This is by far the worst eye center I've ever visited. They got my prescription wrong in the first place. They offered to redo my prescription. The new glasses are actually far worse. Everything on my computer is blurry. Driving vision, without distortion, is probably close to 50 feet. Their reaction... "That's the best we can do." My prescription is neither extreme nor unusual. These people just don't care. I wasn't spending $1,200 on my glasses so I didn't matter. I would never recommend them to anyone. They only prioritize generating profits, disregarding the patient's needs.

The store manager Jackie is very rude and condescending, I came in to purchase sunglasses and she kept walking away and completely ignoring me when the store was not busy. Also noticed her watching another customer closely but not others. I would not recommend this store and I will not be back

I would like to first say this is not from the employees they were great. When my glasses were ordered I was told it would be a week. I called back a week later and told it was delayed till the next week. I called back next week days later and was told it was delayed 3 more days. Then I called 3 days later and informed it was only just shipped. Then it arrived the next day but I wasn't informed till after the store had closed. A very frustrating ordeal overall.

I called and set up an eye appointment witj the associated eye center clinic in this building and confirmed my vision insurance and confirmed the copay amount. Once I arrived, I was asked if I was diabetic and told they would have to charge medical insurance in addition to refraction and it would be a hundred dollar upcharge compared to the quote or for a ‘normal person.’ I am supposed to get a free eye exam with eye insurance each year with my vision insurance and have used that for the past 5 years without issue. I have controlled Type I diabetes with a low A1C and am extremely frustrated at being charged more for the same service or being forced to buy an additional service if they deem it necessary. A new prescription is required to buy glasses. I am very upset and frustrated. Do not come here if you want to use your vision insurance and have an associated medical condition, especially at year-end when your options will become constricted.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
