    I called on Friday to ask if they had the specific vaccine I wanted, and they said no and that can order it. They told me I could just walk in on Saturday anytime , but when we got there on Saturday, we’ve been told they didn't have it yet , and then they told us to come in on Tuesday, they said they will have it on Tuesday for sure . I called again today and they said they haven't ordered it yet. What a waste of my time!

    Dear Pharmacists! When a patient brings you a prescription for a specific brand don’t change it to generic without talking to that patient first. It is not ok! Patient and his doctor might have chosen that specific brand for a reason and changing it to a generic form is NOT your decision to make! At least ask first! Especially given that you won’t take it back 5 min later. Outrageous!

    I trusted this pharmacy until a pharmacist, Debbie Skakle, was fired. Transferred all my prescriptions to A to Z Pharmacy where she now works to ensure I receive her continued high level of expertise - amazing attention to detail and personal service
