My prescriptions are ready when they inform me they are available, or if I call or drop by, during their open hours, I can request refills or present a new prescription. They will try to fill prescriptions that are not usual. Plus, they notify when your RX is ready for pickup. Plus, u can shop for groceries & other products while there. In addition, there are other nearby businesses, drug stores, restaurants, a flower shop, K-Mart is across the street & other businesses.

Before they even allow you to begin entering your info, they fill your head with ads about what great services they have. In other words, your time is worth nothing to them. And then, God forbid you are out of refills. They need constant prodding to get around to calling it in. Every time I go there I'm never sure whether I'm actually going to get my meds. They always have a reason why they can't fill the prescription. Customers come last is the motto.
