I always have to call customer service and have a manager physically go check and make the pick up the phone. When they do answer, they are incredibly rude and have an attitude. They act like they hate their job and you're wasting their time. Even in person they are rude. The women there are nice but every man I have interacted with was not. I switched back to the harris teeter pharmacy at crescent commons. I advise others to do the same.
