  I’ve been dealing with sciatica for a few months, and even with stretching, mild workouts, and using a TENS machine, nothing was helping. A friend recommended trying Shockwave therapy, and honestly, I was skeptical because I’d never heard of it. But I decided to visit Spine and Chiropractor and let me tell you, I felt so much better the same day. I still get a small pain in my lower back here and there, but the pain down my leg is gone, and I can bend and even sneeze without feeling like I’m breaking my back. I seriously recommend this place and the services they offer. The staff is amazing, especially Heidi. She explained every detail and really educated me about Shockwave therapy. I’m definitely coming back for more sessions. Thank you!!!!

  I truly believe my treatments here have made me so much better that I do not need surgery the staff are all warm friendly and really helpful and supportive you actually feel like part of the family I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone with back hip or knee problems

  I’d like to personally thank Dr. Jeffrey Roistacher and his wonderful team especially Heidi, and Paola who help-guide me through each treatment-explaining the goals and desired effects. All in all this team is very professional and welcomes you each visit as if your family (very reare in these times). I’m came to the Cary & chiropractic clinic with sever case of Sensory Nerve Neuropathy which forced me to use a walker for support as my legs were so numb I could not feel them. Dr. Roistacher team treated me with Class IV laser therapy and within a couple weeks I no longer needed to use a walker for support. As the treatment progressed I began to feel great improvement in my legs and feet but still felt little to no improvement is my lower back and buttocks area. Dr Roistacher sent me for X-rays and we found a compressed disc. He immediately recommended a NON SURGICAL treatment to help alleviate the compression which has helped reduce my numbness greatly to date. If you are on the fence and skeptical about trying either the laser treatments for neuropathy or the non-surgical treatments for disc compression as I was, don’t be, as it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I HIGHLY recommend Cary Spine & Chiropractic clinic! 5 STARS

  Really great place everyone is very understanding and caring and it feels like they genuinely want to help you. I've been going for treatment for my cluster headaches and so far so good! Definitely recommend going here~

  Could not recommend Dr. Roistacher and Heidi enough! They know what they are doing when I comes to helping with pain the SAFE way but still effective!! Good people too!
