  I was hoping for a better experience with care for my son's allergies, however things weren't explained very well starting at reception desk with billing. And then felt rushed when it came to the testing. Dr. Was quick to recommend so many things without consideration to first knowing my son's allergy history, including xolair which he is wayy under 12 and there is just not enough research for that yet especially for his age and that some reactions to that actually cause anaphylaxis which is what we don't want. We are much more interested in having my son naturally outgrow his allergies, not be told there is no hope for him. We feel better cared for at Duke and will go back to them.

  In the past four years, I haven't had any problems with Allergy Partners locations. In the three clinics across two states that I have used, they have been kind and punctual, but this office has been occasionally rude and hard to deal with. After receiving a bad allergy shot injection in my tricep muscle that caused permanent numbness, my practitioner in Winston-Salem, NC recommended that I show injection providers where to give the injection. When I described this to a provider at this Cary clinic, she told me "Don't tell me how to do my job please. I can handle it." I found this very concerning since it had previously caused the numbness in my tricep that hasn't gone away. I believe I should have a say in my medical care since I am paying for their services. They are receiving two stars because I have had great experiences at other locations in the past, but the experience at this office has been less than mediocre.

  I have been calling for 2 days straight to cancel my appointment and there is no answer. They will charge if you don’t call ahead of time to cancel but how can I do that if no one is answering the calls at either locations?

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice. I am 64 and have suffered chronic allergies since my teens. I've lived in every kind of climate, surrounded by forest, the beach/ocean, and the desert. As much as I love Raleigh, the beautiful nature surrounding us, has stirred up the worst symptoms I've ever experienced. I was assigned to Dr. Ravindran and he wasted no time in getting to the bottom of my issues. He listened, he explained, he recommended. He ruled out a few possible issues and put me on an immunotherapy plan that actually makes sense! In the past, I have rarely been able to speak to the doctor; only the tech. Today, he checked in on me throughout the testing. The PA was phenomenal and made some very uncomfortable testing so much more tolerable. I am blown away by the experience. I finally feel like I'm in good hands and will eventually get my life back. Office staff was always very efficient and super friendly, also. Thank you to everyone that was a part of my visit today - I am beyond grateful!

  Forced me to pay at the front before running insurance on my HDHP. Won't be back here.
