  Dr. Deogun is very knowledgeable, she helped me a lot to manage the eczema. She is very friendly and caring. And she takes a lot of time to listen and to answer all the questions and concerns.

  Shot clinic hours are the most inconvenient. Some staff is responsible and helpful, while the others don’t know what they are doing and don’t care. One time, they refused to do a shot to my daughter, because her bill was not paid, while they had no right to send her away and the bill was not even sent to us. Later on, there were billing issues. Next - total lack of communication and basic office business practice: in almost two weeks, nobody returned my calls or even tried to track down the problem. When I personally tried to solve the issue, nobody knew what happed and why and why nobody bothered to call a customer in two weeks. The only reason we are still with them is the proximity to our house; otherwise, we would have found another place long ago

  Cary office - a rude, bossy, crossed-eyed nurse. I don’t feel welcome. Moreover, she called my husband at work (during a meeting) to drop everything and come because she is leaving (a child with allergies was at school). What kind of emergency is that?! 🤔😡

  These doctors are excellent - extremely smart and extremely knowledgeable. Allergy Partners of Raleigh was first recommended to me by my ENT in 2012, and I have seen each of the doctors over the past 5 years. They are busy, it's true, but i've never waited more than 15 minutes in the office, usually less, and the times that I have called them when I was really sick, they have seen me immediately. They have gone the extra yard and even called my regular doctor when needed while I was there. I recommend them highly
