  Every time I come in it’s always a great atmosphere. Dr. Matt and his staff truly take pride in their work. Anytime I have a chiropractic problem I never leave unsatisfied!

  This office is the absolute best! Dr. Matt is compassionate, kind, and patient. He genuinely cares about your healing journey and takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and offer helpful tools/advice for relief. His knowledge and approach make you feel supported every step of the way. Tia and Carmen are just as wonderful. They are warm and welcoming, not to mention organized and knowledgeable. They make everything run seamlessly, which really enhances the experience. I genuinely look forward to coming in for my sessions. It's such a pleasure to see the team and know that I’m actively improving my spine health thanks to their care and dedication! :)

  Align Life Restored my Life! I was in so much pain—10:10—that I couldn’t walk, bend, or even do everyday things like carrying my newborn. I tried other places, but nothing worked. That’s when I found them on Instagram and scheduled my first consultation. They did X-rays and discovered a fracture in my spine. Thankfully, with therapy and the right adjustments, they helped me, and I’ve finished my care plan. Now, I’m back to 1:10 in pain, but I can walk, run, exercise, and most importantly, be a parent. Thank you to the entire team at Align Life of Cary; you’re all amazing.

  I’ve dealt with back and neck pain for many years, I’ve had numerous X-rays and despite the findings the results were never discussed with me. Just basic neck exercises and I needed to lose weight. Dr. Matt explained all my issues in detail and a plan to make things more comfortable for me without the pain. The fused disc in my neck can’t be fixed, but the rest of them can be carefully adjusted to prevent others from fusing. A plan. a goal to reach versus doing nothing for 40 years and just dealing with it. Wish I had listened to my daughter more. Best I’ve felt in years. Everyone is so knowledgeable and there’s no stupid questions. Thank you ALIGNLIFE!

  A life changing experience. I was always very active until I reached my second pregnancy trimester. Align Life is a very professional and trustworthy environment, and my back has never felt better. I was barely moving my legs and had constant pain every time I moved, and now I am back to my daily activities without pain. I am still working on my back recovery, and the doctor is working on preparing me for labor and also on postpartum recovery with his comprehensive treatment plan. I am confident that my back will restore thanks to Dr. Matt.
