I've had some GREAT customer service experiences and thought "I should leave a review because this person needs acknowledged" but never have. I have always had issues at pharmacies and it's always a pain in the a** going. Especially Walgreens. The other day I went to this pharmacy for the first time and ran into an issue with my insurance that I've had before. Thorne, the pharmacy manager definitely deserves all the good reviews. Long story short without going into detail, he listened to my problem and actually cared to take the time to fix it. I know he had to do research but I've had this issue with I'd say 6 different pharamcy techs every month for over a year at walgreens and noone cared to let me explain so it was fixed and ultimately save me time and money. This review is long but I wanted it to be because like I said I've NEVER left reviews for any place or any person even when I should have. But this guy needs to be recognized for doing his job and getting things done. From now on I will only ever go to this pharmacy and its a relief to know I won't have to deal with Walgreens anymore. THANK YOU Thorne for not only doing your job but taking the time to WANT to listen to me. Even when I had said "its okay, dont worry about it", you insisted more information to help me...and you actually came through. Give this man a raise👏👏👏
