The staff was kind and seemed caring. I understand we have to wait as it’s not based on appointment times, but given a check in time and then waiting over an hour and a half to be taken back to be seen is a little steep. When your sick and not feeling well, sitting in a lobby that long is difficult.

well yesterday was my first visit, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Today i went back and thought if I logged in on my phone it would be easier. I logged in when I got there and went in about 2 minutes but waited in the room for over 35 minutes. thats why they only.got 3 stars. very friendly and answered all questions

You walk in and there is NO receptionist desk or assistant, so if you have questions, there is NO ONE available to help you. It's self check in, then you just wait. The wait time was expectedly long, there IS a screen so you can at least see your place, but that almost makes it worse, cause you also see the clock and that you've been waiting 45 minutes or longer.. the only good thing I can say is there's a nice little coffee set up with water available as well. It feels very, very impersonal. And I was only there for a new employment drug screen. Let's just say, the wait time for what I needed to do, was excruciating, and I was there first thing in the morning.staff at least seemed pretty friendly, but I wasn't back there long.

I would recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of fast care. I had some problems at the kiosk, being that i don't have a physical insurance card, but I was able to use my dependant ID, thanks to the young lady at the kiosk, who I feel is very patient with her assisting the customers. My wait time was very short, and I was seen at the appointed time. The doctors and the complete staff were all very friendly and kind. The facility is also very clean and sanitation is available all around. Coffee and water is also available. I really appreciate the service and I would recommend this facility to everyone. It is also conveniently located. Thank you all for your service. Mrs. Sandra Teasley
