However, when I returned to pick them up, the young woman who brought dirty glasses to me told me that eyeglass cleaner was $3.99 , and that I could use the sleeve that the glasses came in as a cloth. Did I not just spend hundreds of dollars there? Dirty lenses seriously? Never again. Udate: I received an automated " contact us , let's resolve this" email. I responded, and was told I would receive a response from the store manager within 5 days. That did not happe.
