Then after wasting all that time and handing over all of my information, I’m told that because of a medication I take I can’t donate. That medication is not listed on their website as a reason for deferment and is not listed on any of the documents they make you agree to or sign. 68 questions on their kiosk and not one mentions the medication I’m taking. Thanks for wasting 90 minutes of my day!
- _________———Aug 28, 20251.0Was a return donar and I basically only have one good arm to donate I’ve been doing it tor years never had this issue this is my second time coming back to this place first off idk why the girl Poked the side of my arm I’ve never even dealt with this before as soon as she put the needle in a told her it hurt I was uncomfortable she didn’t care she said I’ll be fine I started to pump I felt so much pain they didn’t take it down or anything I called a supervisor over she told me they poke where they feel comfortable why would you make a new hole in my arm if I obviously have a good vein that I use every other time anyways they refused to take me down I had high pressure return and then my arm started swelling they finally took me down and stuck me again in the same arm the second person who stuck me was even confused why the girl even messed me up like that now I have a bruise and not eligible because obviously the worker didn’t know what she was doing ridiculous very ghetto service young workers playing around not doing their job I remember when this place use to be good now it’s just like they let anyone work here very unprofessional

Talk about the donors when they leave and they also can’t pay properly . Go to CSL IF YOU CAN save your arm ! Will blow your veins to pieces .
