Not only do they have excellent customer service, but their compassion out weighs any we have seen from any other provider. The word "caring" is synonymous with Home Instead. They took the time to listen and took careful consideration when matching a care giver. The staff have been very patient and understanding through the struggles we have endured with the changes of family dynamics of mental health and Alzheimer's. They have shown professionalism and focus on safety through our experience. No one knows how long we have left to live in this world, but we are grateful that we have been able to count on Home Instead for our mother. Thank you Home Instead.

The administration staff was very responsive and helpful. However, I cannot say enough about our main aide, Rhonda Moore. She was kind and funny and so helpful. She was always looking for things she could assist with, not only with my grandmother but around the home as well. We were so grateful to have had her and would definitely recommend her and Home Instead to others.
