  they are not accepting new customers so if you are a new customer, please don’t waste your time going here. go to publix across the street. after telling me my meds were in stock she said she couldn’t fill them bc i wasnt an existing customer. lol never heard this in my life but okay harris teeter. it would’ve been nice if they gave me information on where I could go instead of just sending me out the door because it almost look like discrimination based on the medication that I needed so I went across the street to Publix who was quick to fill my medication without issue.

  Love this place!! The people that work here are always so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help you get the best price for your medicines even when your insurance sucks. Folks should definitely go here for their prescription needs.

  They gave me the wrong prescription and then I had to pay again for the right prescription. They refused to take it back even though I discovered it walking to my car. They won’t let you see what they are putting in the bag the counter is covered by monitors and the bag they put it in is below the counter and they staple it. Go somewhere else or hold up the line to double check to make sure they are doing the right thing. Update 27 SEPT 2021 Was there today and saw them trade out syringes for someone who came in from the parking lot, didn't make him pay double. Susan (still that same Susan mentioned in earlier reviews) when I pointed it out to her she said she wasn't going to talk to me. He just walked in and had them in his hand. I guess the rules depend upon the person at the counter.

  I would give this pharmacy or more correctly their staff 0stars if I could. The lady behind the counter once she finally finished her personal conversation without looking at the script tells me they have a busy schedule today even tho not a sole was there or waiting and it would be 5 hrs to fill my script..if she would have took the time to do her job instead of complaining about it she would have seen it was only a script for a zpak...6 little pills already pkged in a blister pk...I drove 30 mins put of my way to be told they can't or won't help me..so I ended up at CVS where I was going to go in the 1st place..and where I will be going from now on even if this pharmacy is cheaper..Shame on you Harris teeters..
