It fell on the floor and she stepped on a piece. We walked in without an appointment and they worked us in. They called the manufacturer and was able to call up my mother's model via the serial number. They ordered the replacement fitted piece and it was ready in a week! These hearing aids are far better than her backup pair. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, patient and very kind. They know their stuff with a great focus on customer service. I learned things I have been doing incorrectly and need to correct to get the most from my hearing aids. The people really had a thorough understanding of every part of ear and the understanding of the testing they are giving to each client.
