I asked Jake for a workout to target core strength, toning for increased strength, endurance and flexibility. He delivered by managing my workouts to a higher level, when appropriate, and did so with an encouraging and positive approach. Jake is a dedicated, flexible, honest and works well with all ages....even his parents!
