  I had an excellent experience with PT here after my knee replacement surgery. My therapist, Rafal, was extremely helpful, friendly, experienced, and positively pushed me towards and to my goals. He was quite amazing. I would highly recommend this whole group of well trained therapists here. And Crystal, the scheduler, was extremely friendly and helpful. What an overall great experience working through my recovery!!!

  Do not schedule with Nicole Good, for your hand unless you are a white male. I did notice that she's treat male patients better. She was so rude to the Hispanic lady and she tries me. Im done. I live in Gastonia and I will go to that location. And whatever rudeness she doesn't get to lay in your face she throws in your chart. She can try being more empathetic. If you're going to put something zero to little irrelevant on one's chart, then put the whole truth. Because otherwise it implies that thr patient is just bullshitting. Your notes be exaggerated often. Yes, this last appointment I was 10 minutes (not 13) late and I told her my fibromyalgia was flaring in all of my muscles were hurting... I but she didn't put that part. She feels the need to put in my truck that I am distracted by my phone. If it rings I ignore the call if I want to get on my phone I can get on my phone I have a right hand at works that you're not working on so there's no reason why me (as rare as it is) being on my phone should be a mentioned every visit when I hear everything you need to tell me which is very limited. I hope they give her some bedside training refresher and she learn something from this and do better with others. That is the only reason why I wasted my time on you.
