She walked me through every step ahead of time, explained what to expect, and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. She also checked in with me throughout the entire process, and it all felt very comfortable. When it came to picking out glasses, she made what could have been an overwhelming shopping experience feel rather simple and manageable with thoughtful recommendations. I never felt pressured at any point. I felt informed and supported. Overall, I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend! Go see Lily!

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I actually ended up laughing a lot like I was hanging out with old friends. Lily the eye tech was especially great.
