  I would put negative stars if I could, we made an appointment for the driver to do a drug test. The facility refused service based on his skin color. They let 2 caucasian males in right after they refused service to an African American driver. I hope the manager of this place looks into this!

  I had the most positive experience with the phlebotimist Karla at the Asheville NC Quest location at 2 Doctors Park. My doctor's office sent incorrect and incomplete orders twice. Karla was compassionate, supportive and professional. Five Gold Stars! She went above and beyond to assist me in addressing the issue with my doctor's office. I hope Quest recognizes her excellence. She is a tribute to your staffing.

  No one was in the office. Had to find a different lab for bloodwork.

  Buddy did my blood draw and he’s one of the few who have ever done it without hurting me. For the first time I was not super anxious over having to get bloodwork done because of him. Give that man a raise, he deserves one!!

  Made appointment ahead of time; arrived on time (12:50pm on Thursday), got in right away. Simple and very competent for blood and urine test.
