  DO NOT go here for a pre-employment drug screening if your employer hasn’t ordered it and you don’t have a QPassport. Without the QPassport, they will not test you. When I came the first time, an employee told me I would have to purchase my drug screening online. So, I purchased it (a whopping $170) and came back the next week. When I got there, another employee handed me the testing supplies and that was that. Confused, I asked if she needed my QPassport, since I knew from the first time that I needed it. She said the test I had ordered, despite being called “10 panel drug screening-expanded” was simply a medication screening, which didn’t require a QPassport. She told me that to get a pre-employment drug test, my employer had to order it. So the first employee told me I could buy it online, and then the second employee told me I couldn’t? I called Quest customer service for help with my QPassport before my second visit and was on hold for an hour. So, I called this location for help and the call immediately went to voicemail with someone saying “this location is temporarily closed”. Even though it isn’t…and I walked in a hour later for my appointment…I then called another location, which just gave me a menu of options, and never once gave me the option to speak with a staff member. After two frustrating visits, I left and went to Any Lab Test Now on Airport Rd. I walked right in, no appointment needed, and got my screening for only $70.

  Horrible experience, I tried going to thier temporary location but I could not find it, I looked at some of the other reviews and looks like this place is a shitty unprofessional location with others saying it's unsanitary and scheduled walk-ins being screwed up and those people waiting hours to do a single blood draw. What a waste of time coming here.
