- JAJennifer AmaroFeb 19, 20265.0The ladies at the front desk were quick & nice. I also had an amazing gynecologist Dr. Suzanne. The ladies that took me in before seeing the doctor were very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole visit. I definitely recommend Novant!
- LSL SJan 7, 20261.0This facility is not deserving of any stars. I will not return due to their practice of imposing excessive charges that do not align with the services provided. Additionally, they fail to inform patients of these extra, exorbitant charges before receiving care. When approached about the issue, they dismiss concerns and treat patients with condescension, as if they are ignorant of their insurance benefits. It is unsurprising that appointments are readily available, given the questionable level of patient care and concern, as the primary focus appears to be on financial gain.
