Our family has been going to LenCrafters for over 4 years now. Jasmine has always very helpful explaining our insurance benefits and helping us select the most amazing frames. With four family members wearing glasses, we appreciate the time she spend with each of us to ensure we get the best fit and proper lens coatings to fit our individual needs.

I went to LensCrafters with a positive attitude, expecting a professional experience, but unfortunately the service at the reception desk left a lot to be desired. From the very beginning, the staff was not welcoming, and there was a clear lack of interest in assisting customers. The attitude of the reception team did not match the level of service one would expect from a company like this. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should always remain a priority—especially in a place where people go for something as important as eye care. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the experience for future customers.

It was time for my yearly vision check in and my old eye doctor just retired. The reviews for Reflect Vision Care / LensCrafters in Biltmore Park were very good and not far from me so I decided to give it a try. It was easy to schedule and appointment and fill all the paperwork out online. The wait wasn't long and Dr. Kampe was very thorough with the exam and got me into the right prescription. Once I was done with the exam, I went over to check out the frames and was helped by Jasmine. She was so nice and helpful. They were able to provide a few discounts and guidance on how to get reimbursed through my insurance. Overall a really good experience. I will be back.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
