I love my glasses and they came even quicker than the time that was quoted to me. ***This place only takes cards, no cash so make sure you don’t only bring cash like I did, lol.** But I would highly recommend this place to people who need an eye exam and glasses!! I spent like $200 total and have my prescription now and a lovely pair of glasses ☺️

Ordered my glasses using my insurance and glasses will be shipped to my home. Love it! The staff were so helpful, very nice and welcoming. Great experience and would highly recommend coming here for glasses!

It was great to have someone check in on me and then be able to browse. It’s a comfortable atmosphere. When I decided on glasses, help was readily available and it was nice to have input from them.

Went to the Biltmore Park store on Tuesday, picked out frames, and was helped by a lovely sales associate. She gave me some great advice about which lenses would work best for me, used my insurance and gave me my final price. I paid and left thinking that I’d have my new glasses in a couple of weeks. However, I just received an email saying that the “lab” is out of the frames I wanted and that I would need to choose a new frame. What?? No one said this was a possibility. How can you be out of something that I was able to try on in the store?? I called and rather than getting through to the local store I was sent to a call center. They said I can’t have the ones at the store because they would have to ship them back to the lab. Okay then?? So send them! The person I was speaking with didn’t seem to be able to really help me. Said he’d be back in touch within 48 hours. I’m very disappointed with my first experience with WP. You shouldn’t be taking people’s money for items that they ultimately can’t have.
