  Dr. Travis and Dr. Daniels are absolutely amazing chiropractors. When I first came in, I was struggling with hip pain and frequent headaches that made my days really difficult. After just a few sessions with them, my headaches completely went away, and my hip pain has become so much more manageable. What truly surprised me is how much my overall health has improved. My blood pressure has gone down significantly, I’m sleeping better than I have in a long time, and I genuinely feel so good. The difference in how I feel day to day is incredible. I cannot recommend Dr. Travis and Dr. Daniels enough. If you’re looking for chiropractors who truly care about you, your health, and your overall well-being, don’t hesitate to call them and schedule an appointment. They are the real deal and the absolute best.

  I have been to Chiropractors for over 20 years and the difference Dr. Travis, specifically, has made for my extreme numbness and pain is astounding. He pays close attention to the details. I am very impressed my specific results. I was on the verge of going to a neurologist and thought I’d give chiropractic care one last chance and I’m glad I did. I recommend Dr. Travis 100%.

  The Plug Chiropractic is hands down the best chiropractic clinic in Asheville. From the start, the office feels welcoming, professional, and focused on my overall wellness. I noticed immediately that Dr. Whiteside and Dr. Daniels Whiteside took the time to do a thorough evaluation from head to toe and then clearly explained how chiropractic care supports the nervous system and whole-body health. For someone new to adjustments and alignment this was very helpful as it felt personalized to me and that my concerns were the most important thing on their minds. As for the adjustments: I like that it is a one stop shop with the ability to get an x ray right in house and in real time. Dr. T and Dr. Daniels Whiteside look at their x-rays and show you where this issue is arising from. I found the adjustments to be gentle, precise, and very effective. I’ve noticed real improvements in my mobility, low back and hip pain, and my overall health. I also, and I'm not sure if this is a thing, felt 2 inches taller after the first visit. Both doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in their patients. I like that they look at the whole body and not just the one or two areas I came in concerned with.   Wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the office was warm and welcoming. Dr Travis Whiteside and Dr Chohnice Daniels set clear expectations, were highly knowledgeable and caring, and evaluated me for whole body wellness, not just my primary complaint. They are a highly skilled chiropractic team that improved my mobility and brought pain relief and improved function. Stick with the Plug, they’ll take care of you properly!

  After 21 years of damage to my neck, elbow, and wrist from being a Dental Hygienist, Dr. Travis has cured my pain! I have been treated by chiropractors previously without significant pain relief or change. Dr. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and gets to the core of the problem. I am a patient for life!
