  The Plug Chiropractic is hands down the best chiropractic clinic in Asheville. From the start, the office feels welcoming, professional, and focused on my overall wellness. I noticed immediately that Dr. Whiteside and Dr. Daniels Whiteside took the time to do a thorough evaluation from head to toe and then clearly explained how chiropractic care supports the nervous system and whole-body health. For someone new to adjustments and alignment this was very helpful as it felt personalized to me and that my concerns were the most important thing on their minds. As for the adjustments: I like that it is a one stop shop with the ability to get an x ray right in house and in real time. Dr. T and Dr. Daniels Whiteside look at their x-rays and show you where this issue is arising from. I found the adjustments to be gentle, precise, and very effective. I’ve noticed real improvements in my mobility, low back and hip pain, and my overall health. I also, and I'm not sure if this is a thing, felt 2 inches taller after the first visit. Both doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in their patients. I like that they look at the whole body and not just the one or two areas I came in concerned with.   Wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the office was warm and welcoming. Dr Travis Whiteside and Dr Chohnice Daniels set clear expectations, were highly knowledgeable and caring, and evaluated me for whole body wellness, not just my primary complaint. They are a highly skilled chiropractic team that improved my mobility and brought pain relief and improved function. Stick with the Plug, they’ll take care of you properly!

  After 21 years of damage to my neck, elbow, and wrist from being a Dental Hygienist, Dr. Travis has cured my pain! I have been treated by chiropractors previously without significant pain relief or change. Dr. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and gets to the core of the problem. I am a patient for life!

  Dr. Travis Whiteside is thorough and it's easy to discuss things with him. He did more testing than previous chiropractor offices I have been to, and he explained what was going on in detail without making it difficult to understand. After a few visits, I'm noting less pressure in the areas of my head where my migraines trigger or daily pressure seemed to exist, and I can tell with more of the process I should be nearly pain free on regular days and back to functioning normally for my other issues, my spinal and pelvic problems are gradually making progress. The modalities and care options are easy to customize to each individual seems like. It's clear Dr. Travis knows what he's doing.

  Plug Chiropractic and Dr. Travis have been amazing for me with my shoulder issues. And only a little over a month, he has done more for my shoulder than the previous chiropractor that I was seeing! I feel that Chiropractic is a very important part of our whole body care and Dr. Travis really works hard and stays up-to-date on everything and I get a great education every adjustment. they truly care and plug chiropractic for your whole well-being and have made me feel so much better. and being a family Chiropractic, I feel like part of their family. I recommend them to everyone. We definitely need to treat the whole body. And Dr. Travis does an amazing job looking at the whole body, listening to what you have to say, coming up with a very realistic plan and helping you to feel better! ❤️ I feel very blessed that I have found them and they have helped me so much.
