At NSM, we build one-of-a-kind mobility solutions designed to be comfortable, safe and work completely in sync with each client. Our focus is to deliver independence and self-reliance to clients, regardless of age or physical challenge; to offer reassurance to families and caregivers; and to provide flexible, highly professional clinical support to physicians and therapists.
They are always so quick, the customer service is great, and Jeff Henessee is always a pleasure to work with. He always takes the time to explain the equipment And how to use it, make all the proper adjustments and everything like that. We always appreciate him taking the time to show us how to do everything and he never makes us feel rushed.

Looks like the Asheville branch for this company is really hurting the brand… Driver for this company almost T-Boned me speeding through an intersection to make a right turn. Then rode bumper to bumper with everyone else trying to get around.
Not sure if they were late for a delivery but I wouldn’t use this company ever. I would be afraid my equipment would be damaged in transit.

I am not a customer of National Seating & Mobility. However, I’ve heard customer service representative Melissa handle customer calls. She is caring, attentive to the needs of customers, goes the extra mile to make sure they are helped. She gives “old fashioned”, real customer service.
