My recent experience at LensCrafters was nothing short of phenomenal!
I want to give an especially heartfelt shout-out to Callie, who was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She managed a busy store with such poise and grace while somehow making every single customer feel like the center of her attention. Her kindness, patience, and intuitive sense of care transformed what could have been a routine errand into something genuinely delightful.
I’ve been to other LensCrafters locations before, but this one stands out by a mile. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of, not just as a customer, but as a person. The team went above and beyond to help me navigate insurance, take advantage of an incredible promotion they were running, and select not one but two stunning pairs of glasses with beautiful lenses and transitions.
Their turnaround time was lightning-fast, I had my new glasses back the same week, and they even cleaned and adjusted my older pair, purely as a thoughtful courtesy. It’s rare to encounter that level of genuine service anymore, and it made me feel deeply valued.
As someone with ADA needs, I also want to express how much it meant that they were so attentive, respectful, and so patient. Callie in particular handled everything with understanding, empathy, and a sense of humanity that’s hard to come by in retail settings.
This experience reminded me that great service isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about dignity and care. I left not only with new glasses but with a renewed appreciation for what customer service can look like when done exceptionally well.
Thank you, Callie, and the entire team at LensCrafters. You’ve absolutely earned a loyal customer.

The overwhelming positive reviews are a real shock. This can't be the same place that denied my friend an appointment despite a prior confirmation. In your apology, explain to me why your phone number showed up as spam, why the voicemail you left told my friend to text to confirm the appointment, and why texting ended up not being the right solution anyway. Explain what "policy" prevented her from booking anything today, especially because this is her *fourth* attempt at trying to get a basic prescription. Most importantly, find your receptionist working on 10/09/25 around 2-3:20pm and reconsider why you hired them. My friend's concerns were all entirely valid and did every step correctly, and your receptionist treated them like an idiot. Unless your short-term business goals are decreased customer retention and lower profits, fire them for their unacceptable attitude, as I'm sure my friend is not the only customer they have mistreated. I would give you a lower rating if I could.

These guys are awesome! They take care of your not only your needs but your wants when it comes to frames and lenses. They were the first ever eye care place I've been to that actually explains things out with no hesitation and they taught me about choosing the right frames depending on your lense needs. Wonderful staff and would recommend them to everyone!

Hayley was extremely professional and provided me with honest feedback on frame selections that looked best on me, an accurate estimation of costs for my prescription needs, and had a positive/bubbly disposition representing LensCrafters. Loved working with her and look forward to visiting the store again for additional eyewear needs.
I also love the selection of frames that LensCrafters offers at affordable pricing. And I also appreciate that they offer specials and coupons that help even more on the pricing.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
