Eye exam went great, and Leah did a great job helping pick glasses and making sure I got the best price between insurance and store discounts.

I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. It was my first time visiting Lens Crafters. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, I appreciate the weekend appointments. It is so nice not having to use vacation or sick time for an appointment. The staff and doctor were great. They treated me like they had known me forever. Dr. Kampe and her assistant, took the time to listen to my concerns. Jasmine over in frames, she was awesome! She took the time to explain progressive and bifocals, double checked my prescription with the doctor when I chose progressive lenses, and double checked the measurements to make sure they were correct. It was by far my best eye doctor experience!

Easy shopping experience. Dan was very helpful finding the right frame for my face size/shape. Found the right frame after visiting several other eyeglass stores.

I had a wonderful experience picking out new glasses and sunglasses thanks to the exceptional help I received from JULIE. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect pair. She offered thoughtful suggestions, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed all while assisting multiple customers at once. I left feeling confident in my choice and grateful for such great service. Highly recommend! This LensCrafters location also has a large selection of designer and non-designer glasses.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
