She covered the night shift and my dad felt immediately comfortable with her, which was wonderful. She did three shifts with my dad and was with all of us when he peacefully passed away, providing comfort, compassion and offering to help in any way. I can’t say enough about Lisa and Home Instead. From my first meeting with Kim and Carissa to the very end, it was a wonderful experience and I’m so grateful to them for making this transition a little easier. One of my favorite caregivers is Sam (Samantha). She brings such a great energy and work ethic to everything she does that I am always happy when she shows up at the house! I would also like to compliment Rubi, who is our current caregiver. She works non-stop and is sweet and kind and takes great care of my mother.
