- MHMark Haynes4 days ago1.0My husband has been trying to cancel his membership for over two years with every run around possible from Golds. Extremely frustrated.
- JJJessieFeb 16, 20261.0They don’t let you cancel your membership and just keep charging you even when you provide offical, legal, documentation that proved you’ve moved and meet the requirements in the contract. In addition, the couple times I did go the bathrooms were closed during prime hours leaving me unable to shower after a workout, having lived 45 mins away it left me in some pretty difficult situations. I inquired if there was a schedule to cleaning the bathrooms so I could plan better on my part, they said no and offered no solution. Not a fan of the vibe and understand that they suck so bad they have to keep scamming people in order to keep members.
