  The gym is quite nice actually. Lots of new equipments and machines i've never used before. The bathroom is different between than most big gyms I've been like. I've really nasty bathroom on the west coast like at 24Hr fitness.. They at least do a good job here keeping it clean. Staff was friendly when I signed up.

  I barely give this company 1 star only to post. They do not care about their members- everyone is a dollar sign. Don’t expect a clean facility, shower doors, a shower curtain or even operable shower heads. Your membership will also be revoked if you express the information provided to you by the staff being terminated from them closing each location. I was a member for 13 years and even worked there on and off a few years ago. Instead of opening a dialogue on how to correct your situation, your membership will be revoked and they’ll continue charging the account on file. 5 hours after my membership was revoked they announced Patton Ave location closing after just claiming I was spreading false info. This company is pathetic.

  Staffs nice and tons of equipment. But the bathrooms and showers are NASTY.

  It's a solid gym with more than enough equipment and space that I never find to be too busy, especially during the weekday lunch hour. It's got every machine imaginable and modern equipment. My interactions with staff have been nothing but pleasant. It's clean, doesn't smell bad and people are chill and respectful for the most part. Yes, there are always outliers and weirdos wherever you go, but for the most part the people attending this location to seem to be pretty normal. The biggest selling point to me was the warm pool/hot tub combo, which are huge and clean and rarely even used. I paid in full for a year to avoid having to deal with their horrendous cancellation policy, if you can afford it you get a nice discount. Overall, I'm really glad I didn't let the negative reviews dissuade me because this has been a very positive benefit in my life and I really enjoy going to this gym.

  There was a man spitting on his genitals in the sauna in an intimidating way and the staff did nothing after I reported it.
